Hi, my name is Or Sagiv

 and if it's a dream for you to hold a good handstand, you must read this page to the end.

When I first started, I couldn’t hold a handstand against the wall for even 1 second. I needed someone to lift me up just to get into position. Once I finally managed to kick up on my own, I set myself a 90-day challenge: filming myself every single day, trying to understand exactly what helped me improve. From there, I kept training, even though I was convinced that holding my entire body on one hand was impossible. But I ended up achieving it… and not only that, I broke the national record for the longest one-arm handstand in my country!
If you’re struggling with slow progress and you’re not sure why…. I know exactly how you feel, because my students and I went through the same thing. There’s the paralyzing fear of even starting, or the fear of falling. Then, once you finally get going, The deep frustration of making no progress hits really hard, while it looks like everyone around you is progressing with total ease.
